We provide a high-quality and more affordable solution for the majority of the senior population who want to downsize but are not yet ready for full-time assistance with daily living found in traditional seniors housing and who do not want to pay the extremely high prices associated with it. The Transition Process
As a part of the transition process for the communities we acquire, we focus on the following key areas:
Building & Equipment
Identify and repair any deferred maintenance to the building, equipment, and grounds.
Common Areas
Repurpose the common areas from a “medical” look and feel to a “clubhouse” type of experience and amenities associated with the lifestyle of an independent and active senior.
Units
We update units with modern appliances and amenities that appeal to our target demographic.
Amenities
We repurpose our communities to have full fitness centers with cutting-edge equipment, add indoor golf simulators, and improve the outdoor experience with desirable gathering places and, space permitting, activities such as pickleball courts.
Concierge Services
Our residents will have access to a virtual concierge service and a third-party concierge medical care.
